Group Effecti reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our website or direct communication. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
